Publish Goods is developed by Verfassungsblog. Verfassungsblog is a global forum of scholarly debate at the interface of academy and society. We open up debates in public law – internationally, interdisciplinary and open access.
The project “Open Constitutionalism” (OpCon) (Förderkennzeichen 01UG2403, project term: 01.04.2024-31.12.2026), funded by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space, aims to explore how an independent OA publishing organization can create and promote an open, scholarly and transdisciplinary constitutional discourse. The project pursues this goal in parallel via two paths: 1. working out an organizational model for an open access publishing house in legal academia; 2. developing and sharing low-threshold and readily applicable processes for transnational, collective funding of scholarly publications in order to sustain independent and community-led operations.
